The EIA Centre initiates and conducts research in areas like Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA), Cumulative Impact Assessment, eco-tourism and the agrarian landscape. We also do research concerning the integration of environmental perspectives in different planning contexts. We thus focus learning processes and processes for change and also what role that different “tools”, e.g. EIA and SEA, can play in promoting change.
